As a personal training coach, making my clients feel comfortable is very important to me.
Training is about having fun and should never feel like a burden. Each and every one of my clients has a different goal and I am focused on developing a programme that is challenging but enjoyable to help and support them achieve their same or individual goals.
At the gym I will spend time analysing both your capabilities, talk about it and together we will tailor a unique programme to suit your own personal goals.
I understand everyone's lifestyles are different and fitting in time to train and keep fit can be a challenge along with being costly.
At FitnMix I can offer flexible times to try and fit in with both your working days. I also provide Group Personal Training which is great way to spread the cost if there's more than two of you wanting to work out. It's the perfect chance to get your friends and family involved, have some fun but ultimately burn some calories and keep fit.
